HYDROGENYX processes your personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 — GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.
Data collected
When you place an order or sign up to the La Source newsletter, we collect: identity (first name, last name), contact details (postal address, email, optional phone), transaction data (order, payment), connection data (IP, browser type, pages visited).

- Send you the La Source newsletter if you subscribed

- Stripe Payments Europe Limited (Ireland) — payment processing
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Instagram & Facebook advertising
- Google Ireland Limited — GA4 audience measurement
- Colissimo / La Poste (France) — France & EU shipping
Retention period
- Orders & invoicing: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- La Source newsletter: until unsubscription via link in email footer
- Analytics: 14 months
- Customer account: 3 years with no login then deletion
