These Terms & conditions of sale govern any order placed on hydrogenyx.fr. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. Products
HYDROGENYX sells the ELITE 9K molecular hydrogen bottle. Guaranteed concentration: 9,000 PPB of dissolved H₂, individually measured using the Hach DPD method before shipping. 4ᵗʰ-generation SPE/PEM cell, platinum-iridium electrodes. Designed and assembled in Lyon 7ᵗʰ.
2. Price
The ELITE 9K is priced at €299 incl. VAT, free standard shipping within metropolitan France. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-enterprise scheme).
3. Order & payment
The order is confirmed after full payment. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay. Secure SSL payment via Shopify Payments / Stripe Payments Europe.
4. Shipping
Metropolitan France: Standard 6 to 10 business days via Colissimo Tracked, free. Express 4 to 8 business days via Colissimo Signed, €10.99. European Union: 9 to 14 business days, fees calculated at checkout. Full details: Shipping page.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 60 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal — double the 14-day legal period. No justification required. Free return. Full refund within 14 days of receiving the product in good condition. Details: Returns page.
6. Warranty
The 4ᵗʰ-generation SPE/PEM cell is guaranteed 5 years, with no conditions under normal use. Battery: 2 years. If concentration drops below 7,200 PPB on the 10-minute cycle, the cell is replaced free of charge. Details: Warranty page.
7. Consumer mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator Medicys: www.medicys.fr. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance or interpretation falls within the jurisdiction of French courts.
