Our Lyon 7th workshop had 2 cell engineers. To support the 2027 edition (target capacity: 350 units), we looked for a 3rd profile.

12 weeks of recruitment. 47 applications, 11 technical interviews, 3 practical tests (Asahi-7 teardown + fault diagnosis).

Yuki Tanaka — 8 years at Asahi Kasei Osaka, platinum-iridium electrochemistry specialist. He joins on July 1st, 6 weeks of training, then active production.

It's the profile we needed to maintain the 9,000 PPB ±5% standard at greater scale.
