Marseille's hard water wore out a cell in 14 months.

Cell #142 (Sophie K., Marseille, purchased January 2025) was no longer validating 9,000 PPB. Measurements at 6,200 PPB on DPD. Under 5-year cell warranty.

Workshop diagnosis: tap water at 38°f (very hard), light scaling of the platinum-iridium anodic electrode. Not a defect — use in an atypical water zone.
